掺杂元素和γ′相溶解对Ni-Cr-Fe基高温合金热膨胀系数的影响

摘要
针对700℃超超临界发电机组对于低膨胀高温合金的需求,本文研究了一系列掺杂元素对γ/γ′结构NiFe-Cr基高温合金热膨胀系数和强度的影响。基于测得的热膨胀系数实验值,对700℃下热膨胀系数进行了拟合,得到了热膨胀系数随掺杂元素含量的函数关系式,并分析了拟合值与实验值之间的误差。采用Thermo-Calc分析了各个合金的γ′相体积分数随温度的变化关系,分析表明γ′相的溶解与热膨胀系数有紧密的关系,相的热稳定性越好,合金的热膨胀系数越小,与拟合公式的偏差也越小。
According to the requirements of low expansion superalloy for advanced 700℃-class steam turbines,the study on the influence that the doping elements for the CTE and strength in Ni-Fe-Cr based superalloy was carried out.Based on the experimental data,a fitting formula about the impact of various doping elements on thermal expansion coefficient was obtained under 700℃ and error was analyzed between experimental data and fitting formula.Through Thermo-Calc software,the phase dissolving was analyzed and the significant relationship between γ' phase dissolving and CTE was found.It is concluded that better phase stability will result in lower CTE and smaller error between experimental data and fitting formula.
