<正>海洋和湖泊沉积物是开展高分辨率古地磁和古环境研究的重要地质材料,准确鉴别其中的磁性矿物来源与组成则是获取古地磁场和古环境信息可靠记录的基础。趋磁细菌是一类能利用地球磁场进行定向游弋的原核微生物,广泛分布于海洋、湖泊、沼泽和河流等水生环境中,能在细胞内合成几十甚至数百个链状排列的、有生物膜包被的磁铁矿或胶黄铁矿纳米晶体,称为磁小体。趋磁细菌死亡后,
