民用飞机沉积静电防护设计与地面验证试验浅析

摘要
本文研究飞机沉积静电防护设计以及试验技术,以满足民用航空适航规章要求。电晕放电通过布置一定数量的静电放电器进行泄放;流光放电需要对容易积累沉积静电的非金属表面涂覆防静电涂层并和飞机金属结构搭接;跳火需要将飞机外部的金属部件或设备搭接至飞机金属结构。沉积静电需要通过地面试验和飞行试验进行验证。经过试验测试,通信、导航系统的功能在其允许的范围内,飞机沉积静电防护设计满足适航要求。本文中的设计方法可以应用于飞机沉积静电防护设计,试验方法可以作为验证适航条款的适航符合性方法。
The purpose of this study was to provide a kind of design methods and test methods for P-static protection in order to comply with the requirements of CCAR 25.899.Corona can be mitigated by strategic placement of passive static dischargers.Arcing can be avoided by ensuring that all conductive components which are exposed to the impact airstream shall be electrically bonded to the primary structure of the aircraft.Streamering can be prevented by coating the exterior dielectric surface with an electrically conductive paint or conductive coatings under very thin painted surfaces and the conductive coating must be properly bonded to structure.The important functions of communication and navigation wireless systems were not affected by p-static during the test,so this kind of design method can comply with the requirements.The design method mentioned in this paper can be used as aircraft design guideline,the test method can be utilized to verify the compliance as one of grounding test methods.
