摘要
本文分析了宝特韶关大棒线投产初期存在的生产效率低和成品质量差等问题,通过开坯机大压下工艺改善低倍组织性能,轻压下工艺解决高含硫钢头部爆裂、打滑,孔型和导卫的优化改造提高了轧辊的耐磨性并降低了换辊换槽的频率,成品孔型的拓宽可满足更多产品规格的市场需求。通过近年一系列工艺技术改进,大幅度提高了生产效率和改善了特钢产品质量,提升了产品的档次,进而提高了产品的市场竞争力,可以满足更多的高端客户需求。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of Shaoguan plastic stick line at the beginning of operation,low production efficiency and product quality etc,through the large press process to improve the performance of low power,light press process to solve the high sulfur steel head burst and slip,the roll wear resistance is improved by the optimization of pass and guide,and the frequency of roll changing is reduced.The broadening of finished products can meet the market demand for more product specifications.Through a series of recent technology improvement,greatly improve the production efficiency and improve the quality of the steel products,enhance the grade of the product,and improve the market competitiveness of products,can meet the needs of the more high-end customers.
