摘要
介绍了转炉一次除尘灰综合利用的几种方法和各自的优缺点。通过比较分析,采用冷固压球工艺将除尘灰压块后供转炉回吃对于转炉除尘灰综合利用是最有效的方法。对于Pb、Zn含量较高的除尘灰可采用转底炉工艺生产高品质球团并回收其中的Pb、Zn。
The methods of comprehensive utilization for converter primary dust with the advantages and disadvantages is discussed in the paper.It is found that the most effective method for comprehensive utilization of converter primary dust is to press dust into block by the cold-pressing pelletizing process and join into the converter.For the dust containing higher Pb and Zn,it can be used to make high quality pellets by the rotary hearth furnace process and the Pb,Zn can be recovered.
