本钢炼钢厂转炉声呐控枪自动化炼钢系统的开发与实践

转炉炼钢反应速度快、冶炼周期短,冶炼过程中的化渣效果直接影响到钢水的质量与炼钢效率,传统的二级自动化炼钢模式已不能满足实际生产需要。本文介绍了本钢炼钢厂转炉声纳辅助下的氧枪自动控制系统的开发和实践,从系统构成、系统功能及实际效果展示了声呐自动控枪技术在转炉炼钢过程的应用,数据表明该项技术不仅填补了国内相关领域的空白,还能有效提高脱磷率、降低钢铁料、散装料消耗。
BOF smelting reaction speed,short cycle,the effect of slag in the smelting process directly affects the quality and efficiency of the process of molten steel,the traditional level-2 automation steelmaking model has been unable to meet the actual needs of production.This paper introduces the steelmaking plant of Benxi Steel Converter sonar assisted oxygen lance automatic control system development and practice,from the system structure,system function and practical effect shows the sonar automatic gun control technology in the application of converter steelmaking process.The results show that the technology not only to fill the gaps in domestic related fields,but also effectively improve the dephosphorization rate,reduce the iron and steel material,bulk material consumption.
