二氧化碳吞吐防杆卡剂研究与应用

摘要
在不动管柱从油套环空注入二氧化碳吞吐施工过程中,二氧化碳产生相态变化吸热,井筒温度下降,油管中原油的重质组分析出沉积于油管内壁和抽油杆表面。当吞吐后油井恢复生产时,出现杆卡事故率较高,严重影响吞吐施工成功率。为此,开展了二氧化碳吞吐防杆卡剂研究。通过室内实验研究,研制出了针对性的防杆卡剂,其在-30℃条件下状态稳定、不凝、不冻。现场试验6口井,吞吐后抽油机正常启动,上下载荷变化正常、无冻井、无杆卡,工艺成功率达100%,该防杆卡剂的研制成功为提高二氧化碳吞吐现场施工成功率提供了有利的技术支撑。
In the process of CO_2 huff and puff flooding from the tubing-casing annulus without moving the pipe string,the phase of CO_2 would change with heat absorption,resulting in temperature reduction in the wellbore,hence the heavy component of crude oil could be precipitated and deposited on the inner wall of tubing and surface of sucker rod.When oil wells resume the production after huff and puff flooding,there is high accident rate in rod stuck,which affects the success rate of huff and puff flooding seriously.Therefore,the research on rod anti-stuck agent has been conducted in the course of CO_2 huff and puff flooding.Through the indoor experiment and research,an rod anti-stuck agent was developed with stable performance and no condensate or frozen at-30℃.After applying to the field tests of 6 wells by huff and puff flooding,oil pumping unit can be started in normal ways with normal change of upload and download charge,no frozen or rod stuck,and the success rate is up to 100%.It showed that the rod anti-stuck agent could provide favorable technical support for improving the success rate of the CO_2 huff and puff flooding at well site.
