加油站作业过程静电起电分析与试验研究

摘要
静电安全是加油站安全工作的重点,本文针对油品装卸过程中存在的不安全因素,从加油站静电产生机理入手,研究了加油站常用设备在卸油、加油过程中的静电起电特性,分析了加油站静电事故的原因。另外,试验获得了静电在线监测仪在加油站油品静电电荷密度监测数据,实现了对管道油品静电的动态监测,阐明静电在线监测仪的优点与应用前景。研究结果表明:通过对大量油罐车停车后油面电位检测,油面电位最高达150 V,低于国标GB 6951规定的12000 V;在加油站正常运行加油时,汽油通过加油机内普通除水过滤器,油品电荷密度迅速增大,最大油品电荷密度可达-68.6μC/m~3。
Electrostatic safety is the top priority in service stations.This paper analyzes the electrostatic dangerousness,electrostatic properties and the mechanism theory of electrostatic electrification during loading and unloading of oils at service station.Meanwhile,the electrostatic charge density monitor on line with high potential application in detecting charge density in oil flow is also discussed,and the oil electrostatic dynamic measurement and monitoring is also realized.The result indicate that the highest potential at the oil level of oils inside the oli tank is 150 V,which is smaller than12000 V stipulated in GB 6951.The charge density of the oli increases remarkably as the oil flows through a filter system,and the maximum charge density of the oil is-68.6μC/m~3.
