摘要
近年来,国家局积极探索互联网+教育培训的有效结合,推动传统教育培训转型升级,2015年,烟草网络学院正式上线运行,覆盖烟草全行业的网络培训全面启动,互联网+烟草教育培训进入全新的发展阶段。本文着眼网络学院长远运行,在全面分析网络学院运行现状的基础上,搭建由基础层、功能层、学员层、管理层、战略层共同组成的运营体系,并提出每个层级的运行重点和运行策略,旨在为网络学院进一步建设提供参考。
In recent years, the State Tobacco Monopoly is making great effort in exploring the combination of Internet + Education and Training, to promote the transformation and upgrade of traditional Education and Training. The Internet Tobacco Institute was established in 2015, which meant on-line training covering the whole China Tobacco began to start roundly, and the Internet + Education and Training of China Tobacco developed into a totally new stage. Focusing on the long-term running of the Internet Tobacco Institute, this paper constructs its operating system which is composed of the base level, function level, trainee level,administrator level and strategy level, besides, proposes the key point and strategy of its operating, based on the analyzing of its current status all-sided. in order to provide a reference for its further construction.
