某曲线连续梁桥顶升高度偏差原因分析及应对措施

摘要
曲线桥梁整体顶升工程中,顶升位移的同步控制是关键性技术的难点,实际工程经常出现偏差较大现象,甚至可能发生安全事故。对曲线连续桥梁顶升中外侧位移偏高的2种可能原因进行分析。在有限元内力计算和现场监测基础上给出某三跨曲线连续箱形梁顶升偏差产生的原因,提出通过对其顶升动力与位移监控系统编组调整的曲线桥平衡顶升措施。
Synchronous control of jacking displacement is a key technical difficulty in the integral jacking engineering of curved bridge.Significant deviation usually happened in actual project,and a safety accident may even been brought out.Two possible reasons why the jacking displacement of outer edge of the bridge is higher were discussed.Taking a three span curved continuous box girder as the example,based on the finite element calculation of internal force and the field monitoring,the reason of jacking deviation was given.In order to reduce the jacking deviation,the balance jacking measures by adjusting groups of the lifting jacks and the displacement monitoring points were put forward.
