摘要
在急危重症患者抢救中,建立安全有效的输液通道是决定抢救成功与否的关键,特别是在抢救创伤性休克、急性大出血、大面积烧伤中尤为重要,面对此类患者的抢救,除了采用传统的输液方式补液外,还可以采用骨髓腔输液的方式进行补液治疗。本文对骨髓腔输液的适应症与禁忌症、并发症、各型穿刺工具的优势、穿刺以及相关护理等方面内容进行综述,目的在于使相关领域人员较为详细地学习、了解和掌握该项技术,同时也为今后开展相关研究提供科学依据。
