摘要
工程项目造价控制是项目管理的三大控制之一,是业主节约资金提高效益的重要手段。论述了项目管理各主要阶段造价控制的要点,针对业主在工程项目管理中常见的造价问题,提出了行之有效的控制方法与技巧,在工程造价控制实践中有一定的应用价值。
Project cost control is one of the three major control of project management,which is an important means for the owners to save money and improve the efficiency.This paper discusses the main points of cost control in the main stages of project management,and puts forward the effective control methods and techniques for the project in the project management,and puts forward some application value in the project cost control practice.
