摘要
本文以两亲性聚合物PLGA-PEG和6nm超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒子(SPIO)为原料,通过乳剂/溶剂挥发的方法,使PLGA-PEG自组装成胶束并将疏水性SPIO包裹起来,得到了50 nm的SPIO@PLGA-PEG纳米胶束。所合成的纳米胶束既拥有PLGA-PEG的生物相容性好、体内循环时间长等优点,同时由于SPIO的聚集体效应,因此其T_2磁共振造影性能也得到了极大提升。
In this study,we report the synthesis of novel nanomicelles using amphiphilic polymer PLGA-PEG and 6 nm superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPIO) as precursors.Through the emulsion/solvent evaporation method,PLGA-PEG can self-assemble into ~50 nm nanomicelles and the clustering of SPIO can be achieved in this process.The as-obtained SPIO@PLGA-PEG nanomicelles not only maintain the advantages of PLGA-PEG in good biocompatibility and long-circulating time,but also present a significant increase in T_2 MRI contrast enhancement due to the clustering effect of SPIO.
