快堆含镎燃料棒环焊缝X射线检查工艺研究

摘要
快堆作为世界上第四代先进核能系统的首选堆型,代表了第四代核能系统的发展方向。为了掌握先进核燃料组件制造技术,中核建中核燃料元件有限公司与中国原子能研究院合作,开展了快堆燃料组件制造研究工作。燃料棒是反应堆中的核心部件。燃料棒包壳管与端塞的环焊缝质量的好坏直接影响燃料棒的使用寿命和反应堆的安全运行。为了保证燃料棒环焊缝内部质量,必须使用合适的无损检查方法。快堆燃料棒采用X射线检查技术。本文对快堆含镎燃料棒环焊缝的X射线检查工艺进行了研究,研究内容包括选择合适的透照方式,计算有效透照区域,设计制作补偿块以及试验工艺参数等。通过工艺研究,成功找到了快堆含镎燃料棒环焊缝内部质量的检查方法。得出了以下结论:含镎燃料棒采用全补偿透照法;确定了含镎燃料棒环焊缝射线检查工艺参数;本文的研究可用于检出含镎燃料棒是否存在缺陷。
The fast reactor is the preferred reactor type,which represents the development direction of the fourth generation of the advanced nuclear energy system.To acquire advanced nuclear fuel assembly manufacture technology,our company launched a research about assembly and manufacture of the fast reactor fuel cooperating with China Institute of Atomic Energy.The fuel rod is the core component in the reactor.The quality of the weld between the cladding and the end plug directly affects the service life of the fuel rod and the safe operation of the nuclear power.Nondestructive testing technology is particularly important,in order to ensure the quality of weld inside the fuel rod.X-ray technology is used in the inspection of the fast reactor fuel rod.The paper study the technology of the X-ray inspection of girth weld in neptunium fuel rods.It focused on selecting the appropriate radiography mode,calculating the availability radiography area,designing and manufacturing compensation block and exploring the technological parameter.Through the study in process,It finally found the inspection method to guarantee the inside quality of the girth weld in the fast reactor of neptunium fuel rod.And it reached the following conclusions:The radiographic inspection technological parameter of the girth weld in the neptunium fuel rod is identified with full compensation radiography;the study found the technological parameter of neptunium fuel rod;it can be used to inspect the quality of girth weld inside of the neptunium fuel rod,as it can be used to detect whether the fuel rod is flawed.
