玫红木槿扦插繁育技术研究

摘要
为掌握玫红木槿扦插繁育技术,采用正交设计L_9(3~4),探求生长激素种类、生长激素浓度、插穗采集部位和扦插底质,对玫红木槿扦插生根情况的影响;采用单因素随机区组方法,研究土壤、基质、水等不同移栽底质处理,对扦插苗移栽成活率进行研究,结果表明:以枝条的嫩头用20mg/kg的GGR处理,扦插在蛭石:珍珠岩:泥炭=1:1:2的基质中,扦插成活率达90%以上,且生根数量多,根系分布均匀。扦插苗移栽处理,以土壤为移栽底质,移栽成活率最高,达99.2%。
For master cutting propagation technique for Hibiscus coccineus,orthogonal design L_9(3~4) were adopted,hormone type,hormone concentration,cuttings gathering place and cuttings sediment were selected as factors of influence on cuttings rooting of H.coccineus;Single factor randomized block were adopted for studying of cutting seedling transplanting survival rate were effected by different transplanting basal soil and substrate,such as water quality processing.The results show that:with the tender branches head with 20mg/kg,above ground clumps treated with GGR cuttings in vermiculite:perlite:peat = 1:1 = 2 matrix,cutting survival rate above 90%,and take root number,root system distribution uniform.Cutting seedling transplanting,soil were best transplanting substrate for transplanting,the survival rate was 99.2%.
