高原山区数字正射影像图平面精度检测

摘要
在1︰10000省级基础测绘项目中,数字正射影像图(DOM)质量检验是一项常规工作,而DOM的平面精度检测却是其中的关键检测项。随着GNSS定位技术和GIS技术的发展,检测效率和可靠性得到进一步的提高。本文基于GNSS和GIS技术,优化作业流程,在检测工作中贯穿质量控制,用简单技术的组合完成复杂事务。借助Arc GIS平台,使用Python编程语言,编制工具软件进行流程控制、保密处理、精度统计。软件开发周期非常短,实用性强,能按项目需要实时更新。本文采用的技术方法很容易应用在实际工作中。
In the 1︰10000 provincial basic surveying and mapping project, the quality inspection of digital ortho image map(DOM) is a routine work, and the accuracy of DOM is one of the key testing items. With the development of GNSS positioning technology and GIS technology, the testing efficiency and reliability have been improved. In this paper, based on GNSS and GIS technology, optimize the work flow, in the testing work through quality control, with the combination of simple techniques to complete complex transactions. With Arc GIS platform, using Python programming language, the software is programmed to process control, confidentiality, and accuracy. Software development cycle is very short, practical, and can be updated in real time according to project needs. In this paper, the technical method is easy to apply in actual work.
