重质油基碳材料的可控制备及其在储能领域中的应用

摘要
目前,重质油在我国原油中的比例已超过50%,重质油的高附加值利用已成为世界性难题。重质油的组成和结构复杂,如何根据重质油的组成和性质对其进行经济、高效的定向转化是具有战略意义的重大研究课题。本报告从重质油含碳量高且富含芳烃出发,针对储能这一应用领域,从多层次结构转化入手,采用电解法、模板法、静电纺丝等技术方法,由重质油构建了碳量子点、石墨烯、多孔碳等系列纳米碳材料,并将其应用于锂离子二次电池、超级电容器电极材料,为重质油的高附加值利用提供了新的技术思路和方法。
Heavy oils including petroleum and coke are more than 50 wt% of crude oil. Thus, the value-added application of heavy oils is a worldwide problem. It is a big challenge for the economical and efficient conversion of heavy oils. Here, lots of carbon materials including carbon quantum dot, graphene material and porous carbon have been prepared from heavy oils via electrolysis, template, and electrospinning methods. The obtained carbon materials show good electrochemical performance as electrode both for Lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors. This research will establish new methods to prepare heavy oil-based carbon anodes and open up new ways for the high value-added application of heavy oils.
