摘要
近年来药用真菌因其多种多样的药理活性以及一些生物学功能而受到了广泛的关注,成为了研究热点。云芝作为一种木腐性药用真菌,因其所舍活性物质云芝多糖对治疗肝病、抗肿瘤、提高免疫等方面有着显著的效果而受到重视。本文主要对云芝以及其子实体或发酵液中分离的云芝多糖进行研究,分别探究了云芝的形态特征、组成成分、地理分布等。着重对云芝多糖的结构性质、分离纯化方法、药理作用和效果进行综述,对比提取方法。最后对云芝以及云芝多糖的相关研究与后期应用前景提出了合理的展望,为云芝和云芝多糖的进一步研究与开发提供参考。
In recent years,medicinal fungi have been widely concerned because of their various pharmacological activities and some biological functions,which have become a hot research topic.As a kind of wood rotting fungi,Coriolus versicolor has been paid more and more attention due to it contains active substances of Coriolus versicolor Polysaccharide which has a remarkable effect on treatment of hepatosis,anti-tumor,immunity improvement.This paper mainly does a research on Coriolus versicolor and their fruiting bodies or Coriolus versicolor Polysaccharide isolated from fermentation liquid,respectively,and explore the morphological characteristics,composition and geographical distribution of Coriolus versicolor,it focuses on the structure of Coriolus versicolor Polysaccharide,the methods of eparation purification,pharmacological action and effect,and compares to the extraction method.Finally,it proposed reasonable prospect of Coriolus versicolor and Coriolus versicolor Polysaccharide,provide a reference for the further research and development of Coriolus versicolor and Coriolus versicolor Polysaccharide.
