聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)对凡纳滨对虾生长、肠道健康和机体营养成分的影响

摘要
为研究饲料中添加聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)生长、肠道消化和免疫功能、肠道短链脂肪酸含量和机体营养成分的影响,将养殖对虾分为4组,分别投喂含0%,1%,3%和5%聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)的对虾配合饲料35d。结果显示:PHB的添加能显著提高凡纳滨对虾的特定生长率、肠道短链脂肪酸含量及机体粗蛋白含量,促进肠壁增厚及绒毛排列紧密程度,提高肠道部分消化酶(淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶)和免疫酶(溶菌酶、诱导型一氧化氮合酶和总抗氧化酶)活性以及一氧化氮含量;实验组免疫相关基因HSP70、Toll和Imd的表达量与对照组相比也显著增高。该研究表明,在饲料中适量添加PHB能促进对虾生长,提高对虾消化和免疫能力,优化机体的营养组成,维护对虾肠道健康。
To investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB)on the growth performance, intestinal digestive and immune function, intestinal SCFA content and body composition of Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeusvannamei(Boone, 1931),the shrimp was fed for 35 days with four different diets: 0%, 1%, 3%and 5%PHB supplemented feed. The results indicated that supplementation of PHB significantly increased the growth performance,the content of intestinal SCFA and body crude protein, the height ofintestinalepithelium, the intestinaldigestive(amylase, lipase, trypsin and pepsin) and immune(LSZ, i NOS, T-AOC)enzymes activity and NO content of the shrimp. Meanwhile, PHB induced significantly the expression level of intestinal HSP70, Toll and Imd gene.
