MOx/Zr(HPO_4)_2催化剂的制备及其催化甘油脱水制丙烯醛性能研究

摘要
甘油作为可再生能源生物柴油的副产物,具有可观的应用前景和开发潜能,利用甘油脱水制备丙烯醛可以减轻甘油过剩的问题并提高其经济价值。本文在前人工作的基础上,以Zr(HPO_4)2为载体,通过负载不同金属氧化物,制备了MO_x/Zr(HPO_4)2催化剂,利用固体床管式反应器,考察了MO_x/Zr(HPO_4)_2催化剂对甘油脱水制备丙烯醛的催化活性和稳定性,并对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明:在负载金属氧化物CuO、WO_3、mO_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、NiO、Co_3O_4情况下,负载有CuO、WO_3、mO_2O_3的催化剂催化活性有显著提高,而负载有Fe_2O_3、NiO、Co_3O_4则提升不明显。其中以负载有WO_3催化剂催化效果最好,连续反应12h,甘油的平均转化率为90%,丙烯醛平均选择性为81%。经XRD表征,金属氧化物的特征衍射峰不明显,说明金属氧化物负载在Zr(HPO_4)_2上较为均匀,没有出现烧结晶化现象。
As the by-product of biodiesel which is renewable resources,glycerol has tremendous potential to be applied and developed.Dehydration of glycerol to acrolein is considered to be an efficient way to improve the economic efficiency of biodiesel production.On the basis of predecessors' work,in a fixed bed reactor,reaction conditions were optimized and different metal oxides were loaded on Zr(HPO_4)_2 to investigate its activity and stability.The results showed that the conversion of glycerol and selectivity of acrolein weren't improved significantly on the condition of Zr(HPO_4)_2 was loaded with Fe_2O_3、NiO、Co_3O_4,while CuO、WO_3、Mo_2O_3 showed better,especially WO_3,reacted for 12 h,the average conversion of glycerol and selectivity of acrolein were 90%and 81%.Characterized by XRD,metal oxides were loaded evenly on the surface of Zr(HPO_4)_2.
