建筑节能用难燃型聚氨酯保温板生产工艺及产品性能研究

摘要
本文结合实际生产,详细介绍了PIR聚氨酯板材生连续生产线温度、流量、压力等工艺参数对PIR聚氨酯板材性能的影响,并对产出的聚氨酯板材各项性能指标进行测试。结果表明:在链板温度65℃、链板线速度3.75m/min工艺参数下生产的板材性能均达国家标准,氧指数为33%,燃烧等级达B1级。
In this paper,The process parameters,mainly including temperature,flow and pressure of a polyurethane panel continuous production line,are introduced in detail.The effect of parameters on the quality of polyurethane foam(PIR) in production process were analyzed And the behavior of polyurethane foam was test.the analysis shows that all properties of polyurethane foam(PIR) have reached the level of national standards with the temperature of 65℃ and the linear velocity of 3.75m/min.Polyurethane foam(PIR) has a limiting oxygen index(IO) value of 33.And the burning BI-class performance to meet international requirements of flame retardant materials.
