摘要
猪圆环病毒可以单独或与其它病原混合感染断奶仔猪和育肥猪,引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征、育肥猪皮炎与肾病综合征等一系列较为复杂的疾病,严重威胁养猪业的健康发展。经过各国专家、学者的不断努力,对该病毒的特性有了更加清晰的认识,本文对该病毒的病原学、培养特性、基因组结构与特点、流行特点、新型基因工程疫苗研究进展等方面的进行了简要综述。
