具有宽光谱且强吸收的环金属配合物的合成

摘要
自2009年Gr?tzel报道了一类不含NCS~-的环金属配合物作为染料敏化剂获得超过10%的光电转化效率以来,Ru-C^N环金属配合物因其比传统Ru-N^N联吡啶配合物的吸收红移而在染料敏化太阳能电池领域受到广泛关注1-3。本文合成了含有香豆素结构且以4,4’-二甲酯-2,2’-二联吡啶为N^N-配体的环金属配合物。其在470 nm处的摩尔消光系数接近70000 M-1cm-1。将其水解后,其在可见光区400-570 nm范围内吸收的摩尔消光系数超过20000 M-1cm-1,在600 nm处吸收的摩尔消光系数仍然接近10000 M-1cm-1(如Figure 1所示)。该配合物表现出的优良的可见光区强吸收性质显示其作为染料敏化剂的潜在优势。
Cycloruthenated polypyridyl complexes are recently concerned in dye-sensitized solar cells because of their absorptions shifted to long-wavelength region. Herein, a new cyclometallated ruthenium complex containing coumarin group was synthesized. The complex exhibited wide and strong absorptions with the molar extinction coefficient close to 70000 M~(-1)cm~(-1) at 470 nm. After hydrolysis, the coefficients of the complex were observed above 20000 M~(-1)cm~(-1) in the range from 400 to 570 nm, which indicated its potential application as sensitizer.
