摘要
本文以2015年度全国烟站现状调查为依据,从站点整合、员工队伍、烟站功能、烟站管理四个方面概述了烟站建设情况,从基础建设、队伍建设、基础管理三个方面分析了当前烟站建设存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了改进建议。
Based on the 2015 annual national survey of the tobacco stations in China, this study summarized the construction of tobacco stations from four aspects such as the integration of station sites, staff, function and management of the station. Then the main problems existed in the current construction of tobacco station was analysed from infrastructure construction, team development and foundational management. In the end, we proposed some specific suggestions for improvement.
