<正>蛋白质及多肽等生物分子的酶解研究在蛋白组学及生物化学研究中占有重要的一席之地,而游离酶在溶液中酶解时普遍存在不能耐受较强酸碱、稳定性差的问题,因此需要开发基于新材料的酶固定化基质来克服此局限性。近年来,基于限域效应的微纳基质多孔材料的酶反应器因其能够极大地提高酶解速率而备受人们的关注,其中,聚合物多孔膜材料优势明显,研究者可利用其微纳孔的
