<正>固定化酶反应器由于兼具固定化酶的特异性催化、低消耗、易分离和可重复利用等优点,在生物催化、蛋白质组学、酶抑制剂筛选、食品处理、污水处理等领域得到了快速发展1,2。由于整体柱压力小、通透性好、传质快和易功能化等优点,毛细管整体柱固定化酶的研究引起人们极大兴趣3。为了提高酶处理量,本工作在不锈钢色谱柱中构建固定化酶反应器。首先采用有机硅烷制备了杂化硅胶整体柱,然后用环氧基硅烷进行原位修饰,通过环氧基的开
