酸溶碱融-标准加入-ICP-OES法测定铍铀伴生矿石中的铍

摘要
本研究为了解决采用酸溶碱融法溶样,ICP-OES法测定铍铀伴生矿石中的铍含量过程中产生的基体干扰问题。酸溶碱融溶解铍铀伴生矿石中的铍,加入的焦硫酸钾对ICP-OES法测定存在基体干扰。本研究主要阐述消除基体干扰的一些措施。从实验数据可知,控制称样量、焦硫酸钾加入量、定容体积和加标稀释倍数,能够有效消除焦硫酸钾对ICP-OES法测定结果的基体干扰,6次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.39%,3次加标回收率分别为:104.4%、98.7%、101.2%。酸溶碱融法溶样,采取相应措施消除基体干扰,能够采用ICP-OES法进行准确测定。
In this study,in order to solve the soluble alkali fusion method of sample dissolution by acid,matrix interference problems generated by the ICP-OES method determination of beryllium uranium associated ore in the process of beryllium content.Thawing dissolved uranium ore of beryllium in beryllium associated acid soluble alkali,of matrix disturbance added potassium pyrosulfate on Determination of ICP-OES method.This research mainly discusses some measures to eliminate the matrix interference.From the experimental data shows,control said Coke potassium sulfate addition amount,sample volume,constant volume and standard dilution,can effectively eliminate the interference of matrix potassium pyrosulfate on determination results of ICP-OES method,6 parallel determination of the relative standard deviation is 3.39%.recovery rate is respectively:104.4%,98.7%,101.2%.Thawing method of sample dissolution dissolved in acid and alkali,take corresponding measures to eliminate the matrix interference,can be accurately measured by ICP-OES method.
