应用质子转移反应质谱法评价猪场恶臭

摘要
质子转移反应质谱法在近年来在大气环境等领域得到了广泛应用。质子转移反应质谱法在测量低浓度VOCs方面具有在线、快速、灵敏度高等优势,因此在测量畜禽场低浓度恶臭方面具有较好的应用潜力。另外目前的欧洲标准方法暨动态恶臭嗅辩仪具有稳定性不足并受到采样方法的较大限制。而作为直接采样法的质子转移反应质谱仪法在集中式猪场恶臭的现场及离线测量应用表明了其较好的适用性,有望对恶臭测量标准方法起到良好的推动作用。
Proton Transfer Reaction Mass Spectrometry(PTR-MS) was widely applied during the past decade especially within the area of atmospheric environment.PTR-MS has the advantages of online,fast response and high sensitivity(and thus low detection limit) when measuring low concentrations of VOCs,and thus has a potential of being used for odorants quantification emitted from intensive animal production.The European standard method for odor measurement,namely the dynamic olfactometry,has apparent limitations especially on sampling.On the contrary,the usage of PTR-MS on odorants measurement with no sampling process demonstrated the applicability of the method and may help to build a new standard method for odor measurement.
