特高压变电站噪声对受体焦虑影响研究

摘要
为探索1000k V特高压变电站噪声对受体焦虑的影响,将采样的特高压变电站噪声在实验室内用无指向性声源进行回放,使两组ICR小鼠(实验组S1和S2)分别接受等效声级为60d B(A)和65d B(A)的噪声暴露。结合旷场实验考察小鼠神经行为反应,采用高效液相色谱-荧光法测定小鼠血浆中肾上腺素(E)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)等3种单胺类神经递质的含量。结果表明,在35d噪声暴露周期内,实验组S1、S2小鼠各旷场实验行为学指标(包括中央格时间、跨格数和站立次数)和3种血浆单胺类神经递质含量(包括E、5-HT和DA)与对照组小鼠相比均无显著差异(p>0.05)。可见,60d B(A)~65d B(A)的特高压变电站噪声暴露对小鼠焦虑影响较小。
In order to exame the influence of 1000 k V ultra-high voltage substation noise on anxiety of receptor, noise sampled from 1000 k V ultra-high voltage substation was played by omni-directional source in laboratory. The noise exposure intensity of two groups of Institute of Cancer Research(ICR) mice(experimental group S1 and S2) were 60 d B(A) and 65 d B(A), respectively. Open-field test was used to estimate the behavior and the concentrations of epinephrine(E), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and dopamine(DA) in plasma were detected by the high performance liquid chromatograph-fluorescence detection. Results showed that during noise exposure for 35 days, for each behavioral indicator(i.e., center time, line crossing frequency and standing times) or concentration of plasma monoamine neurotransmitters, there was no significant difference among experimental group S1, S2 and control group(p>0.05). It was deduced that ultra-high voltage substation noise from 60 d B(A) to 65 d B(A) almost did not cause influences on anxiety of mice.
