低效井经济界限研究及应用效果分析

摘要
萨北油田已进入特高含水开采期,随着含水率的升高,油田开发成本不断上升,经济效益逐渐变差。近几年来对低效井的治理虽然取得了一定的进展,但低效井仍有增加的趋势。通过应用技术经济学原理,采用盈亏平衡的方法,建立了采油井生产经济界限模型,对采油井生产成本的构成及油价对经济日产油量的影响进行了经济分析,并确定出采油井临界产油经济界限。建立了经济日产油量和含水率的关系式,绘制出低效井宏观控制图,并运用宏观控制图结合萨北油田实际情况,对不同类别的低效井采取相应的治理措施,使低效井区井进入有效区,确保采油井有效生产,从而降低生产成本,提高油田整体开发效益。
Sabei Oilfield has entered the extra high water cut period. With the increasing water cut, the oilfield development cost is rising steadily and the economic benefit is getting worse gradually. Although some progress has been made in the treatment of low-efficiency wells in the last few years, the tendency of low-efficiency well is still increasing. By applying the principle of technical economics, the economic limit model of production wells has been set up by means of the break-even method. The production cost constitution of oil wells and the influence of oil price on economic daily oil production were analyzed to determine the critical economic production limit of oil producers. The relationship between the economic daily oil production and water cut was established, and the macro control chart of low-efficiency wells was plotted. Combining the macro control chart and actual situation of Sabei Oilfield, the corresponding measures were taken according to the different types of low-efficiency wells to get the low-efficiency wells into the effective range to ensure the effective production, lower the production cost and improve the whole oilfield development efficiency as well.
