云克治疗老年重度骨质疏松70例临床观察及护理

摘要
目的:观察云克治疗老年重度骨质疏松的临床效果及护理措施。方法:将70例老年重度骨质疏松患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组使用补充钙剂与VitD治疗,观察组在此基础上加用云克治疗4个疗程,并在全程进行护理配合,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率100.0%(35/35),对照组总有效率80.0%(25/35),组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后骨痛缓解情况明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀、四肢麻木等不良反应发生率为5.7%(2/35),对照组为2.9%(1/35),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:云克治疗老年重度骨质疏松疗效良好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and nursing measures of cloud in the treatment of elderly patients with severe osteoporosis.Methods:70 cases of elderly patients with severe osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 35 cases,control group using compensatory calcium and Vit D treatment,observation group based on the use you can four courses of treatment,and in the whole nursing coordination,compare two groups of clinical curative effect Results:Observation group total effective rate 100.0%(35/35),control group total effective rate was 80.0%(25/35),differences between groups with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Observation group bone pain relief after treatment was better than control group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Observation group of abdominal distension,limb numbness,etc.The incidence of adverse reactions was5.7%(2/35),the control group was 2.9%(1/35),there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yunke treatment of elderly patients with severe osteoporosis is good,should be widely applied.
