血液滤过应用重症胰腺炎临床治疗对患者心率与血清白介素水平的影响观察

摘要
目的探讨血液滤过应用重症胰腺炎临床治疗对患者心率及血清白介素水平影响。方法选取2014年2月~2016年3月我院收治重症胰腺炎患者68例为研究对象,采用信封分组法将患者机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用血液滤过治疗,比较两组患者疗效及治疗前后心率、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)及血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶水平。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(70.59%),比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者心率、IL-4、IL-6、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者心率、IL-4、IL-6、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶水平均低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液滤过应用于重症胰腺炎患者中治疗可有效降低患者心率、血清白介素及淀粉酶水平,具有显著临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis blood filtration of impact on the patient's heart rate and level of serum interleukin.Method Selectedfrom February 2014 to March 2014 our hospital 68 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group, control group using conventionalapproachs of treatment, the team in the control group on the basis of blood filtration treatment, compared two groups of curative effect and treatment of patients with heart rate before and after, interleukin 4(IL- 4), interleukin 6(IL- 6), blood amylase, urine amylase level. Result Group therapy in patients with total effective rate(94.12%) is significantly higher than control group(70.59%), and compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Two groups before treatment in patients with heart rate, IL- 4, IL – 6, blood amylase, urine amylase level is no statistical significance(P > 0.05); Group after treatment in patients with heart rate, IL- 4, IL – 6, blood amylase, urine amylase levels are lower than the control group, comparing with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Hemofiltration in patients with severe acute pancreatitis treatment can effectively reduce the patient's heart rate and serum levels of interleukin, has significant clinical effect.
