太赫兹行波管用金刚石输能窗金属化研究

摘要
本文主要研究一种太赫兹行波管用金刚石输能窗的金属化方法,基于金刚石表面特性与太赫兹行波管服役需求,对金属化区域进行结构设计。利用PVD设备研制了金刚石金属化结构,并通过合理设计封接工艺,研制出满足太赫兹行波管用金属化金刚石输能窗。
