220GHz行波管试验进展

摘要
本文介绍了中国电子科技集团公司第十二研究所正在开展的220GHz行波管的研制工作。该器件预期可以产生10W的输出功率和5GHz带宽,增益为30d B。220GHz行波管采用微加工的折叠波导慢波结构、周期永磁系统聚束的圆形截面电子注和采用金刚石窗片的盒形输能窗。目前已开展了两次样管试验,初步测试得到了0.2W输出功率和10GHz带宽。
