利用金属配位与主客体识别的协同自组装及其应用

摘要
多作用多组分协同自组装是大自然和生命体构造的一种重要方式。我们采用金属配位和冠醚主客体识别的协同自组装构筑了索烃、分子项链、可逆交联的聚轮烷等机械互锁结构~([1]);通过金属配位模板导向法,利用烯烃复分解反应一锅法合成了由柔性链连接的具有复杂拓扑结构和三维空腔的多卟啉纳米笼与纳米环~([3]);以具有可变配位角的手性BINOL二羧酸为配体,通过配位驱动自组装制备了一系列二维、三维离散型手性组装体~([4]);设计合成了含吡啶基冠醚的手性双膦配体Xyl-P16C6-Phos,通过配体上冠醚与具有不同半径的碱金属离子的识别作用调控该超分子手性配体,并成功地应用于Rh催化不对称氢化还原α–脱氢氨基酸酯和α–芳基烯胺及Ir催化不对称氢化喹啉和喹喔啉,发现碱金属离子的加入可明显提高催化活性和ee值~([5])。
The orthogonality of coordination and host-guest complexation was utilized to form a suite of catenanes and molecular necklaces. A few of flexible porphyrin cages and nanorings were synthesized via template-directed methods. Chiral metallacycles and metallacages were fabricated with a BINOL-derived dicarboxylate as a donor. Supramolecularly tunable chiral catalysts were prepared and applied in asymmetric hydrogenation with 90–99% ee.
