蝴蝶兰观赏目标性状在正反交后代中的表现

摘要
对‘黄金豹'和‘Phal.SH49'蝴蝶兰正反交后代的材料进行分析,研究重要观赏目标性状在后代中的表现及分布,结果表明:①从质量性状方面来看,杂交后代的花色花斑都发生了很明显的分离,并且正反交后代的分离规律基本一致,仅在分离的4个组群的数量比例上有差别。②从株幅、花枝长、花朵大小、花瓣大小、花瓣厚度5个观赏目标数量性状的分离规律发现,正反交后代均介于或低于双亲值,未有高于双亲值;而采用‘黄金豹'作为母本、‘Phal.SH49'作为父本的杂交后代群体更具有杂种优势。
Phataenopsis ' Frigdaas Oxford',' Phal.SH49' and their F_1 offspring of reciprocal crossing were used to study genetic tendency of object ornamental characters.The results showed that:①in the perspective of qualitative characters,flower color and flower pattern variation separated obviously in the F_1 offspring,and the separation showed the same tendency in both reciprocal cross breeding,the difference is only in the proportion of the separated 4 offspring groups.②in the following 5 ornamental quantitative characters,namely,the plant width,peduncle length,flower size,petal size and petal thickness,the F_1 offspring were between the two parents or lower than their parents,there is no character higher than their parents,and the analysis indicated that the hybrid offspring used Phalaenopsis ' Frigdaas Oxford' as the female parent,' Phal.SH49' as the male parent showed more heterosis advantages.
