电解针灸针治疗气虚湿阻型膝关节滑囊炎37例临床研究

摘要
目的探讨电解针灸针治疗气虚湿阻型膝关节滑囊炎效果。方法将符合气虚湿阻型膝关节滑囊炎74例患者随机分为治疗组37例、对照组37例,分别给予电解针灸针、普通针灸治疗,10天为一个疗程。3个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,优于对照组78.4%的总有效率(χ2=8.138,p=0.043,p<0.05)。结论电解针灸针治疗气虚湿阻型膝关节滑囊炎效果显著。
Objective Inquiry into the therapeutic effects of electrolysis acupuncture needles in the treatment of qi deficiency with damp stagnancy induced synovitis in knee joints. Method The 74 cases of patients were classified randomly into control group and therapy group. 37 patients of therapy group received electrolysis acupuncture needles, 37 patients of control groupwere by common acupuncture. Results In the electrolysis acupuncture needles group, curerate occurred in 11 cases, improvement in 23 cases and ineffectiveness in 3 cases, with a total efficacyrate of 91.9%. In the control group, 5 ones healed, 24 ones improved and 8 ones were ineffective, in effect with the healing rate of 78.4%(χ2=8.138,p=0.043,p < 0.05). Better effectiveness wasobserved in the treatment group. Conclusion There is remarkable effect with electrolysis acupuncture needles to treat qi deficiency with damp stagnancy induced synovitis in knee joints.
