摘要
目的:探析脑梗死后偏瘫采用针灸与康复治疗的临床效果。方法:随机将2014年2月-2015年2月期间我院收治的脑梗死后偏瘫患者90例分为两组,其中对照组行常规治疗,而观察组则运用针灸与康复治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗前的ADL和NIHSS评分比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的NIHSS评分下降,且ADL评分上升,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);同时,两组治疗有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予脑梗死后偏瘫患者针灸与康复治疗效果显著。
objective: to explore cerebral infarction hemiplegia after adopting the clinical effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy. Methods: random will in February 2014-February 2014, our hospital during the period of 90 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, control group routine treatment, while the observation group using acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment, compared two groups of curative effect.
