针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎56例临床效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨中医针灸治疗风湿性关节炎(rheumatiod arthritis,RA)的效果,寻找科学有效的治疗方法。方法:选择2015年4月至2016年1月来我院中医科进行治疗的风湿性关节炎患者56例为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,实验组(采用中医针灸的治疗方法)和对照组(采用常规治疗方法),每组各28例,2个月后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,患者晨僵、关节肿胀及关节疼痛改善情况明显高于对照组,患者对针灸治疗的满意度明显高于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗风湿性关节炎的效果显著,可以明显改善患者的病情,是一种值得在临床进行推广应用的治疗方式。
Objective:to study the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(rheumatiod arthritis,RA),the effect of finding a cure for the scientific and effective。 Methods:choose between April 2015 and January 2015 to our regions for treatment of 56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis as the research object,It can be divided into two groups at random,the experimental group(acupuncture treatment methods) and control group(conventional treatment methods),28 cases in each group,after 2 months,compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients。 Results:the total effective rate of experimental group patients was obviously higher than that of control group,morning stiffness,joint swelling and joint pain in patients with improvement is significantly higher than the control group,To the satisfaction of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment was obviously higher than that of control group,patients with obvious differences,statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis effect significantly,can significantly improve the patients condition,is a worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
