腰间盘突出症患者76例应用中医推拿疗法联合温针灸综合治疗的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察腰间盘突出症患者76例应用中医推拿疗法联合温针灸综合治疗的临床效果。方法:以2016年1月到2017年1月为研究时段,选择76例在我院就诊的腰间盘突出症患者作为研究样本,随机分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38)。对照组采用中医推拿疗法治疗,观察组采取中医推拿疗法联合温针灸治疗。治疗后对比两组患者腰椎活动度。结果:观察组患者治疗后的腰椎活动度改善情况均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:腰间盘突出症患者应用中医推拿疗法联合温针灸综合治疗的临床效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 76 patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2017,76 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the study samples.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n= 38) and control group(n= 38).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.After treatment,the lumbar vertebra activity was compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement of lumbar vertebra after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion is worthy of popularization and application in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
