二次可充锌空气电池用La_(0.6)K_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_3钙钛矿催化剂研究

摘要
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了用于二次锌空气电池空气阴极的钙钛矿型催化剂La_(0.6)K_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_3,并对其进行了表征和电化学性能测试。测试结果表明,催化剂的晶体结构为钙钛矿型,晶粒平均尺寸约为100nm。电解液浓度为4mol/L时,电池电流密度可达60mA/cm~2以上,实现30个充放电循环,有利于实现二次锌空气电池的应用。
In this paper,the perovskite oxides La_(0.6)K_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_3 catalyst were prepared by sol-gel process and characterized by TG-DSC,XRD and SEM.According to the test,the catalyst La_(0.6)K_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_3 has the perovskite structure and showed a relatively diameter of approximately 100 nm.The current density could reach 60mA/cm~2 when theelectrolyte concentration is 4mol/L.The battery has reach 30 cycles of charge-discharge,this is advantageous to the realization of the secondary zinc air battery application.
