天钢37Mn气瓶钢连铸圆坯的开发

摘要
天钢在现有技术装备条件下成功开发了37Mn高压气瓶用连铸圆坯,生产流程为铁水→转炉→LF→VD→圆坯连铸。通过转炉留渣双渣操作实现了较高的脱磷率,降低了钢中有害元素磷的含量;通过LF深脱硫操作降低了钢中硫的含量;通过对夹杂物以及连铸工艺的控制,实现了较高的铸坯内部质量。生产出的圆管坯成分稳定,有害元素含量低,铸坯质量良好。经客户检测,钢管的实物质量完全满足使用要求,且性能指标稳定。
With its existing equipment conditions,Tianjin Iron and Settl Group Co.,Ltd.(TISC) successfully developed 37 Mn Gas Cylinder Steel Continuous Casting Round billet.The production process is hot metal-converter-LF-VD-round billet continuous casting.With keeping slag and double slag operation at converter process,a high rate of dephosphorization is achieved,and the content of harmful element phosphorous in the steel is reduced.With deep desulphurization at LF process,the content of sulfur in the steel is reduced.With control of inclusion and continuous casting process,a high internal quality of billet is achieved.The produced round billet,whose content is stable,has low harmful element content and a good quality.Tested by the consumer,the quality of produced pipe from the round billed is fully meet the requirements,and the performance index is stable.
