广西六个养殖区内逃逸罗非鱼的生长性状差异分析

摘要
对广西主要养殖区野外逃逸罗非鱼种群进行生长性状调查和统计,了解野外逃逸罗非鱼在不同生长环境中,对其生长性状的影响。在各地区采集的样本鱼中,筛选出体质量相似,鱼龄在一龄左右的雄性罗非鱼各十尾。测量记录其各个性状数据,运用SPSS和excel软件进行统计分析。在主成分分析中,前三个主成分贡献率分别是64.78%、12.05%、7.12%,即累积贡献率为83.95%,能够很好的概括不同地区生长特征。聚类分析显示钦州和玉林两个地区的性状特征差异性最明显,变异程度最大。体质量与其他形态特征相关性差异分析的结果显示,体质量与全长、体长、头长、眼径、眼间距均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),与体长的相关系数(0.9185)最大,与头长相关系数(0.7576)最小。罗非鱼在逃逸至自然环境后,在不同环境中,生长形态差异性较大,钦州地区变异表现尤为明显。体长是野外逃逸罗非鱼变异的主选性状。
Main culture zones of Guan Xi wild escape tilapia population growth traits investigation and statistics, understand the wild escape tilapia in the different growth environment,its influence on the growth traits. In all regions of the fish samples collected were screened out similar body weight, the age of fish in about one year old male tilapia each ten. Measurement data recorded its various characters, and excel using SPSS software for statistical analysis. In principal component analysis, the first three principal component contribution rate is 64.78%, 12.05%,7.12%, or the cumulative contribution rate of 83.95%, well summarized growth characteristics in different regions. Cluster analysis showed Characters Qinzhou and Yulin two most obvious regional differences, the greatest degree of variation. Body weight and other morphological characteristics relevant differences results of the analysis showed that body weight and total length,body length, head length, eye diameter, eye spacing are highly significant difference(P <0.01),with a body length of the correlation coefficient(0.9185) maximum, with length head correlation coefficient(0.7576) minimum. Tilapia After escaping to the natural environment, in a different environment, the growth of large morphological differences, Qinzhou variation is particularly evident. Body length is wild variation of the main choice of tilapia escape characters.
