基于模态贡献量的座椅加速抖动研究

摘要
针对某款轿车在加速过程中出现的驾驶员座椅抖动问题,运用CAE方法对座椅抖动的原因进行分析,然后通过模态贡献量找到主要贡献模态,进而利用结构优化降低该模态的贡献量。本文提出了基于模态贡献量的座椅加速抖动研究方法,仿真及试验结果表明振动明显改善,主观评价座椅抖动消除。
Aiming at the driver's seat vibration of the vehicle during accelerating,CAE method is used to analyze the reason of this problem,then to find main contribution modal by modal contribution analysis,and reducing the contribution of this modal by structure optimization.The method of acceleration vibrationanalysis of seat based on modal contribution is put forward,simulation and test results show that vibration is improved obviously and the subjective evaluation shows that the seat vibration is eliminated.
