摘要
无机纳米模拟酶是一类新型的人工模拟酶,既具有明显优越于传统模拟酶的催化活性,又兼具独特的物理化学特性。本文构建了高效、稳定、生物相容的两亲性蛋白质分子修饰的纳米金模拟酶,考察了纳米金的尺寸和修饰层厚度对纳米金活性的影响,并进一步探讨了银离子对纳米金模拟酶活性的影响及作用机制。这不仅加深了我们对修饰纳米酶的结构和性质之间关系的了解,同时拓展了纳米酶在生物医学、食品、环境检测等诸多领域的应用空间。
Nanoenzyme is a kind of mimetic enzyme which has the unique properties of nanomaterials as well as the enzymatic function.Here,a highly stable and biocompatible gold nanoparticles modified with amphiphilic proteins were obtained.A combination of the catalytic active center and the hydrophobic microenvironment provided by the proteins leads to the fabrication of high efficient,stable,and biocompatible nanoenzymes.The activity of the nanoenzymes depends on both the size of nanoparticles and the thickness of the proteins on nanoparticle surfaces.Furthermore,the influence of the silver ion on the activity of the nanoenzymes was investigated.This not only deepens our understanding of the structures and properties of nanoenzymes,but also broadens the use of nanoenzyme in many areas.
