新型包覆型杀菌剂的研制与性能评价

采用喷雾干燥法将双季铵盐C_(12)H_(25)N(CH_3)_2C_2H_4N(CH_3)_2C_(12)H_(25)2Br包覆于固体溴H-69表面,形成包覆型复合杀菌剂H-70,并对其异养菌杀菌效果及缓蚀效果进行了研究。结果表明,相比1227、异噻唑啉酮、戊二醛等常用的杀菌剂,H-70具有更好的杀菌持久性能,同时兼具较好的缓蚀效果,展现出其成为多功能水处理剂的应用潜力。
The microencapsulated compound biocide H-70 was made by coating the double quaternary ammonium salt C_(12)H_(25)N(CH_3)_2C_2H_4N(CH_3)_2C_(12) H_(25) 2Br onto the surface of solid bromine H-69 using the method of spray drying,and then the effect of heterotrophic bacterium antibacterial activity and corrosion protection was studied.The experimental result showed that compared with common biocide such as 1227,isothiazolinone and glutaraldehyde,H-70 has better antibacterial lasting performance,meanwhile it has good corrosion protective effect which showing the potential application of being a multifunctional water treatment agent.
