摘要
通过实例,采用宏观分析、壁厚测定、拉伸试验、金相检验等方法对钢质无缝气瓶进行了疲劳失效分析。结果表明:该型号气瓶疲劳失效的原因为材料力学性能较差、生产工艺不合理和热处理工艺不严。
Through the instance, fatigue failure analysis of seamless steel gas cylinders was investigated by macroscopic analysis, wall thickness measurement, tensile test and metallographic test methods. It was found that the reason for fatigue failure of seamless steel gas cylinders was because poor mechanical properties of material, unreasonable production process and unreasonable heat treatment process.
