体检中心护理纠纷潜在因素分析与防范措施

摘要
目的对体检中心护理纠纷的潜在因素及防范措施进行分析。方法先对体检中心护理纠纷潜在因素进行分析,在此基础上提出相应的防范对策。结果体检中心工作人员的综合素质、护理质量等均有所提高。结论对于体检中心护理存在的纠纷现象,只有深入分析潜在因素,并采取有效的防范方法,才能最大限度地预防护理纠纷发生。
objective to the underlying causes of nursing disputes in medical center and the preventive measures are analyzed. Approach first potential factors to a medical center of nursingdisputes were analyzed, and based on this, advances the corresponding countermeasures. Results medical center staff's comprehensive quality, nursing quality are improved. Conclusion nursingdisputes exist phenomenon for a medical center, only a thorough analysis of potential factors, and take effective prevention methods, to maximize the preventive nursing disputes occur.
