基于响应面的轮胎模态仿真参数修正方法

摘要
针对轮胎有限元模态分析与i试验模态分析的结果存在较大的差异性现象,系统分析仿真中模型参数对计算结果的影响,指出对有限元模态分析结果的可靠性造成显著影响的模型参数主要是轮胎结构中各部件胶料的模量。在此基础上结合实验设计法和响应面分析法修正模型参数,以获得能够逼近实测结果的修正方法。与试验结果对比表明,文中提出的修正方法提高了轮胎模态的有限元计算结果可靠性。
Concerning the difference between computation modal analysis by Finite Element Analysis(FEA) and experiment modal analysis,some possible factors influencing calculated results in FEA modal are investigated.It can be summarized that the modulus of various rubber materials in tire structure are the most significant factors that influence nature frequency calculated by FEA.Based on this finding,a proximate approach,which is a combination of Design of Experiment and Response Surface Method(RSM),is utilized to find a set of optimal value of rubber modulus,so as to obtain the agreement frequency results between FEA and experiment method.It is proved to improve the reliability of tire modal simulation through comparing with corresponding experiment results.
