<正>药物分离分析是新药发现与创制中一项重要技术。药物代谢动力学、中药物质基础与活性成分分析以及组合生物合成与新药研发等均面临着体系复杂、实际样品分析中基质干扰、分离介质分子识别选择性差、分析目标物含量低微乃至低于先端仪器检测灵敏度等瓶颈问题,同时也给分析科学家提出了研究高效、微量、灵敏、精准分析新方法的机遇与挑战。近年来,本课题组致力于发展新型高效、微量、灵敏、精准药物分析方法学,开展了基于仿生
